PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES

Eternal products are handcrafted on demand, immediately after the order confirmation. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality of our items.

Shipping times start from the date of completion of the product production and vary as follows:

National shipments (Italy):

• Production time: 1-7 business days, depending on holidays and order load.
• Estimated delivery time: 24/48 working hours.

International shipping (Europe and rest of the world):

• Production time 1/7 working days, depending on holidays and order load.
• Estimated delivery time: 10 working days.

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipments are made through selected express couriers to guarantee a safe and traceable service. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
